Next Generation Youth Ministry
Team Roles & Responsibilities
Teacher:
- Teach once every 5-6 weeks, preparing age-appropriate lessons for youth ages 11-18.
- Incorporate interactive and prophetic elements into the teachings to engage students and facilitate spiritual growth.
- Maintain communication with Pastor Daniel regarding lesson plans and teaching schedules.
- Support the youth in worship development, with the potential to help form and lead a youth worship team.
- Encourage youth to minister to younger children and participate in outreach and service opportunities.
- Foster relationships with the youth both in and outside of class, offering mentorship and spiritual guidance.
Outreach:
- Lead and organize local outreach activities to serve the community and spread the gospel.
- Provide youth with hands-on ministry opportunities to serve and develop a heart for outreach.
- Collaborate with Pastor Daniel to plan and execute meaningful outreach events and missions
Fellowship:
- Plan and coordinate youth fellowship and social activities to build relationships and strengthen the community.
- Organize fun outings, trips, and social events that promote unity and fellowship among the youth.
- Help create a safe and welcoming environment for youth to feel connected and supported.
Youth Café Bar
- Assist in the setup, serving, and cleaning of the Youth Café Bar during youth meetings and events.
- Help maintain inventory and order supplies as needed for the café.
- Serve during fundraising or social events, ensuring smooth operations and providing hospitality to the youth.
Clean-Up Team
- Arrival Time: After the event ends.
- Clear tables and wash dishes.
- Clean the kitchen and dispose of trash.
- Tear down and put away any decorations used for the event.
- Ensure the event space is returned to its original state, leaving the venue ready for future use.
- Clean-up requires teamwork and a positive attitude to efficiently wrap up the event.
- Everyone’s participation ensures the space is left in good condition for the next gathering.

This allows for rotating service, ensuring that no one team member is overburdened, and gives others the opportunity to serve and grow in leadership. We believe that serving together is a great way to build unity in Christ and develop lasting connections.
