Next Generation Youth Ministry

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Be Approachable and Respectful:

  • Treat all youth, fellow volunteers, and leaders with kindness, respect, and empathy. Lead by example and foster an environment where everyone feels valued and heard.

Team Coordination:

  • Volunteers are encouraged to communicate with their team leaders if there are any special requests or needs. If you’re unable to serve in a given month, please inform your team leader in advance so arrangements can be made for someone to step in.

Prayer Before Serving:

  • We encourage all volunteers to take a moment to pray before each event begins. This helps set our hearts in alignment with God’s purpose for the gathering and prepares us to serve with the right attitude and heart.

Ministry Etiquette:

  • Serving in the Youth Ministry is not just about fulfilling a task—it’s about serving with the heart of Christ. Remember to be patient, kind, and understanding with your fellow volunteers and attendees.
  • Avoid distractions during the event, especially during the worship and message times. We want to create an atmosphere that honors God and allows everyone to focus on what He is doing.

Feedback and Improvements:

  • If you have any ideas for improving the ministry or event, please share them with your team leader or ministry director. We are always open to feedback and striving to make each event better.

Connection and Community:

  • Volunteering is a great way to connect with other men and women in the church. We encourage you to build relationships with your fellow volunteers, pray together, and support each other in your walks with God.

We deeply appreciate your time and service. Volunteers are a vital part of making our youth events successful, and we are grateful for your dedication.
