Women of Power
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Volunteer Check-In:
- Upon arrival, check in with the volunteer coordinator or team leader. This ensures everyone is accounted for and helps you receive any updates or last-minute instructions.
Team Coordination:
- Volunteers are encouraged to communicate with their team leaders if there are any special requests or needs. If you’re unable to serve in a given month, please inform your team leader in advance so arrangements can be made for someone to step in.
Prayer Before Serving:
- We encourage all volunteers to take a moment to pray before each event begins. This helps set our hearts in alignment with God’s purpose for the gathering and prepares us to serve with the right attitude and heart.
Ministry Etiquette:
- Serving in the Women of Power Ministry is not just about fulfilling a task—it’s about serving with the heart of Christ. Remember to be patient, kind, and understanding with your fellow volunteers and attendees.
- Avoid distractions during the event, especially during the worship and message times. We want to create an atmosphere that honors God and allows everyone to focus on what He is doing.
Feedback and Improvements:
- If you have any ideas for improving the ministry or event, please share them with your team leader or ministry director. We are always open to feedback and striving to make each event better.
Connection and Community:
- Volunteering is a great way to connect with other women in the church. We encourage you to build relationships with your fellow volunteers, pray together, and support each other in your walks with God.
We deeply appreciate your time and service. Volunteers are a vital part of making Women of Power events successful, and we are grateful for your dedication.
