Doors open at 9:00 AM both days. Please arrive early enough to check in and get settled before our opening begins at 9:30 AM.

Lunch & Breaks

Lunch will not be provided.

You are welcome to bring your own lunch or visit a nearby restaurant during the scheduled lunch break.

Friday: 12:25–1:55 PM
Saturday: 12:15–1:45 PM

Short breaks are included between sessions.

What to Bring

  • A Bible
  • A notebook and pen
  • A water bottle
  • A light sweater or jacket

Come prepared to participate, reflect on God's Word, and engage with the teaching and ministry.

  • Childcare will not be provided.
  • Both days are recommended for the fullest experience.
  • Participants attending only one day are welcome.

Do I need to attend both days?

We encourage attending both days to receive the fullest experience. However, participants who registered for only Friday or Saturday are welcome to attend their selected day.

What if I can no longer attend?

If your plans have changed, please email communications@thecityofrefuge.church so we can update our attendance arrangements.
